Historically speaking contestants have either brought a small keg system or served directly from 6-12 12oz bottles. Is setup or serving equipment needed? SiNaCa will provide a tented area and tables for brewer setup.  We will also provide 3oz sampling cups, ice, voting cards and voting receptacles. Who judges the Brewer\'s Choice competition? When does the judging happen? Industry Professional from HopFusion, Funky Picnic, Southside Cellar and Rahr & Sons will judge the Brewers Choice category at SiNaCa during the event. Winners will be announced at 5:45. How many categories are being awarded? There are two awarded categories; best in show, and brewer\'s choice. The beers can be any style. Are there prizes? Custom blown glass trophies and bragging rights will be handed out for the winners of the Best in Show and Brewer\'s Choice categories.
